Terms of Service for Browsify

Welcome to Browsify. By signing up to use the Browsify platform, website, and services (collectively, the “Services”), you enter into a binding contract with Browsify (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”), govern your use of our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account with Browsify (“Account”), you confirm you are authorized to do so and agree to this Agreement, including any updates. We may modify this Agreement at any time and will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Agreement.

3. Account Registration and Use

• Account Security: You are responsible for all activity under your Account and must keep your login details confidential.
• Use of Services: Browsify grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes, per this Agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, documentation, and content, belong to Browsify or its licensors. You are granted only a limited right to use the Services as outlined in this Agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the use of Services private and use it only to fulfill obligations under this Agreement.

6. Payments

Service fees are outlined during registration and in any order form or invoice. You agree to pay all fees as specified.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement if the other materially breaches it and fails to fix the breach within 30 days of written notice. Upon termination, you must stop using the Services and pay any outstanding fees.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied, including for merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Browsify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if informed of their possibility.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Browsify, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any third-party claims arising from your use of the Services, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of others’ rights.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Vietnam, excluding its conflict of law provisions.

12. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: This Agreement is the full agreement between you and Browsify on this subject.
• Severability: If any part of this Agreement is unenforceable, the rest remains valid.
